Padic chooses Basi president
The Pacific Association of National Insurance CompaniesBased in Auburn, California, chosen Anisha BasiGeneral Advisor of Pacific Specialty Insurance Co., to serve as president of Padic.
Basi’s role in Pacific Specialty has focused mainly on regulation and compliance. She is also an attached professor at the Lincoln Law Faculty of Sacramento. The previous roles include assistant general advisor at the University of Northstate in California and associated lawyer in Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Morei LLP.
Padic consists of property insurance/victims of California of small to medium size.
ICW names the president of Moitoso

ICW group insurance companiesbased in San Diego, designated Mark Moitoso as president. Will assume the role of president of Kevin Priorwho will remain the company’s CEO.
Moitoso will supervise the company’s shared and shared services, with an approach to boosting growth, expansion of the product line and improving organizational efficiencies.
Moitoso has more than 35 years of experience. Before joining ICW Group, he was executive vice president, risk practices in Lockton Companies. Before his term in Lockton, he spent 25 years with Liberty Mutual serving in several leadership roles.
Moitoso is based at the ICW Group headquarters in San Diego.
CAC specialty Designates leadership for New Private Capital Practice
CAC specialtybased in Denver, integrated and relaunched his practice of private capital under the leadership of David Barnes. The firm promoted Rachel Beck to the Executive Vice President, Private Equity.
Barnes will maintain his role as the leader of Cac Specialty’s representations and guarantee insurance practice. Beck focuses on the private capital book of Cac Specialty, including GPL and portfolio strategies for financial sponsor clients, and will continue to direct the sponsors insurance practice of the company.
