Hub International Limited announced that he has acquired the assets of Yavitz Insurance Group. The terms of the transaction were not revealed.

Located in St. Louis, Missouri, Yavitz insurance is a private property insurance agency that offers comprehensive commercial and personal insurance solutions for people and companies. The Yavitz agency began in 1921 and has been a pillar in the community for more than 100 years.

Ken Yavitz, owner, and Yavitz’s insurance team will join Kansas and Missouri Hub. Yavitz Insurance will be called Yavitz Insurance Group, an international hub company.
